Automatic POD Laminating machine
UCHIDA FoilGlazer is advanced and very modern Laminating and Foil Fusing machine designed for on-demand print finishing for digital print stocks as well as office one. Max. sheet size is 365mm (W) x 600mm (L) with 400gsm stocks. Upper belt suction feeding mechanism makes stable sheet feeding without manual feed-in, which helps high productivity and less manual jobs made by operator. Color Touch Screen makes much easy operation and also useful to check conditions of machines such as waiting time, temperature and status of machines etc. Bursting is automatic and easily switch jobs between Laminating and Foil Fusing. Available to stack max. 50mm height sheets on feeding table and automatically from the stocks from 110gsm up to 400gsm. Makes less operator jobs and productivities.

FOIL FUSINGS

EASY SETTING, INTUITIVE OPERATION 
Feeding section is available to open 90 degrees, which makes easy setting and removing films when job changes as well as happened jam or errors inside machine.

4.3 inch color touch panel is super usable and helpful for operator for temperature adjustment, job changes, batch counting, check machine conditions as well as many of adjustment such as blower power adjustment etc.
