Professional EVA Binder TC-5500 series
All TachoPlus TC-5500 series are easy to setup, operate and service with Korean technologies achieving processing speed up to 300cycles per hour. Designed to cover the demands of SRA3 size sheet (up to 330x480mm cover) and 50mm thickness booklets. All models, TC-5500S, SM and SMS have been equipped Side gluer, which support strong adhesive between book and cover with scraping and milling cutting system on booklet spines.
USER FRIENDLY OPERATION
No special skills required and main operation is made by one button only. Setting process is also extremely simple and ease to fit any of work places such as schools, in-house and copy shop etc.
COMBINATION BETWEEN MAIN GLUE AND SIDE GLUE
Separated glue tank between Main glue and side glue supports using best EVA glues for both sealing on spine and book cover.
EASY ADJUSTMENT OF THICKNESS
Adjustment of thickness fit to the actual thickness of books is extremely simple to use dial to move right and left only.
MILLING AND SCRAPING
TC-5500S has equipped scraping system to cutting spine of booklets and SM and SMS has both scraping and milling system, which makes more strongness of adhesive between Book cover and Booklets.
MILLING HEIGHT ADJUSTER
TC-5500SMS is available to adjust height of milling system against booklet spine, which can adjust deep and light milling as well as no milling too to fit booklets conditions.
TachoPlus TC-5500S series are the simple EVA perfect binder, but powerful and professional binder fit to both digital printed stocks as well as offset printed stocks too and various use for booklet making jobs.
