Perfect Binding Machine

The TC-5500 is the perfect addition to any print room. With its functional design this machine is ideal for medium to large volume binding and features an LED digital monitor for easy user operation. This perfect binder is able to run in automatic mode and features a safety cover, disabling the machine if the cover is lifted. It also features a padding function, milling device and pneumatic clamp making it very simple and easy to use for any perfect binding application.

1.Easy Bind Operation

The ease with which one can easily bind by pushing start button once.

2. Book Thickness Adjustment

Thickness can be adjusted by handle.

Turn it to the left to make the book angled and turn it to the right to make the book round.

3. Cover & Spine of book Position Control

Position of spine of book is controlled by adjusting the dial up and down.

4. Pin Scarping

A blade with powerful motor helps firm bond between book and cover by fluting the bottom of the book to make space to glue.

5. Vacuum

Vacuum sucks in dust that come out after cutting spine of the book and drains to keep machine and workplace clean.
