UCHIDA EZF-100/200 are compact table-top paper folding machine designed for offices, in-house print rooms, schools, copy shops and further with simple operation and small foot space. Processing speed is adjustable in a range from 2,400 – 14,400 per hour and available up to 140g/m2 sheet for all folding patterns and 210g/m2 for single fold. Various folding patterns are available to set manually on folding positions and easy maintenance such as detachable fold rollers are useful for cleaning, maintenance and less down time.
AVAILABLE 6 BASIC FOLDING PATTERNS
Standard folding patterns such as Single, Double, Zig-zag, Letter, Gate and Parallel are all available plus cross-fold is also available with optional auxiliary paper feed guides.
HIGH SPEED PROCESSING UP TO 14,400 SHEETS/HR
High speed processing speed is maximum 14,400 sheets/hour for Single Fold with Quick mode, which helps less manpower and time to have such paper folding jobs.
ADDITION AND SUBTRUCTION COUNTER
4 digits counter is available to show both addition and subtraction counted results, which is possible to chose for jobs.
LESS NOISE DESIGN
EZF is designed less noise for circumstances, where is quite places such as in offices, schools as well as back office at factory etc.
ERROR MAP AND CODES
Easily specify the position of Error on map and also the type or errors on Error code, which is easy to remove and recover from errors and re-start.
