This revolutionary device can be used as a hand-fed unit attached to the BM60/61 Booklet makers or linked to a wide range of traditional and digital finishing devices. Added advantages of MORGANA 104 Square Fold are much less packaging capacity and the ability to print onto the spine of thicker booklets. Booklets from landscape A4 to A6 size can be produced on this versatile simple to use machine.
SQUARE SPINE ON BOOKLETS
Square spine on booklets makes easy to stack booklets in vertical, which makes less spaces and beautiful finishing.
PRINT ON SPINE
Square Spine (back) makes possible to print on spine of booklets, which was not possible on normal booklets. Expanding the possibilities of booklets same usage as perfect bind booklets.
HIGH SPEED PROCESSING
Achieve processing speed up to 1,800 booklets/hour, which would be more than enough for POD and onsite jobs for digital printed stocks and even high volume prints.
CAPABLE 22 SHEETS OF 80gsm SHEETS
Maximum Capacity of square folding is up to 22 sheets of 80gsm sheets, which means 88 pages booklets are available to use. Useful for photo book, catalogues, Flyers, Manuals, Financial documents and any of booklets.
SELECTABLE ON-LINE OR OFF-LINE USE
MORGANA 104 SquareFold is available to use as standalone unit with manual feeding of booklets or connectable with BM60/61 Booklet makers for on-line use for saddle stitching – folding – square folding.
