High-Speed Optical Counting machine

DAIO CM-2200 Optical counting machine is designed to count various thickness and shape items. Thanks to the technology of Optical Sensors, not required physical contact with items, which makes no damages of items as well as dirt as well as bend. High speed counting is up to max. 150mm/second, which counts 50 sheets per 3 seconds. Various size and type of items are available t be  counted from small to big and thin to think such as Credit Card, Post Cards, Manuals, Labels, Tags, Plastic Cards, Chips, Discs and more. Optional log-management is useful to records all counting data on your PC with extremely simple operations. 

COUNTABLE VARIOUS TYPE ITEMS 
CM2000 is available to mount optical sensors up to 2 types and available to be counted from 0.1mm thickness item up to 5.0mm thickness. (Selectable from 7 types sensors.)

NO WARM UP TIME REQUIRED
Turn on a main power and then, immediately start counting. No warm up time means no waste of time and high productivity.

HIGH SPEED COUNTING
Optical Counting makes high speed counting items up to 150mm/second. Reliable to use for many of finishing process of production before packing and delivery.

OPTIONAL LOG MANAGEMENT
Optional Log management system provides you to records all counted data onto your PC. It makes big help to save data as records as well as show exact data to client.  

WAVEFORM DETECTION
On process of counting, CM2200 detects waveform of ea. counting processes, which prevents contaminations of wrong items as well as accurate counting.
