AeroCut Nano Plus – Professional machine for name card guillotine

AeroCut Nano Plus from Uchida was created to solve the business problems above. This is the first in a series of AeroCut products of name card guillotine. AeroCut Nano Plus will be the first choice for any digital printing businesses that produce a variety of business cards (up to 330 x 488mm) and a variety of paper sizes (up to 350 gsm). In addition, the AeroCut Nano Plus is equipped with stable upper-belt air suction feeding mechanism that completes digital printing accurately and beautifully, at a relatively low cost.

Stable feeding mechanism
The AeroCut Nano Plus is equipped with stable upper-belt air suction feeding mechanism which can avoid mis-feeding, damages and roller- marks on prints. This machine also works well with various kinds of paper size from 210 (W) x 210 (L) to 330 (W) x 488 (L) mm and paperweight from 120 to 350gsm The nano also has a double-feed detection sensor to avoid wasting valuable prints.  

Unique job settings with *InstaSet bar and touchscreen
The AeroCut Nano Plus has 2 single blade margin slitters and 2 double blade gutter slitters that can be easily adjusted manually without any tools. By changing the InstaSet bar or sides of it, a wide variety of jobs can be finished at comparatively low additional cost to “module type” machines. In addition to 23 pre-programmed jobs, 40 customised jobs can be stored into the machine so the operators can manage and set up the machine easily and save labour cost.

User-friendly operation, perfect outputs
UCHIDA AeroCut series have been loved for their user-friendliness – (Aerocut Prime, AeroCut One or Aerocut Nano Plus) are designed that anyone can produce perfect outputs. The slitter blades and the guillotine are self-sharpening every time for long terms.   Your workspace will be kept always clean as the gutters are automatically deflected into the waste bin, and the outputs are collected and stacked in the flexible stacking tray.
