Design Versatility

Ten times faster than the manual process, the DS-40i’s proven reliability and ease-of-use will allow you to complete jobs quickly and efficiently. Its office-friendly design provides easy accessibility to the entire paper path.

The DS-40i has two paper feeders and one insert (optional) with a combined capacity of up to 300 sheets. In particular, each paper feeder and inserter is capable of loading 100 sheets at a time. It can handle various types of letter sizes and document inserts.

The two-tray linkage mode for the same automatic document type of the DS-40i mail folding machine eliminates downtime and helps optimize productivity by automatically changing feeders when paper runs out. Once an empty tray is automatically taken up another, allowing the operator to reload the empty tray without stopping the machine.

Envelopes are handled in a variety of ways according to user needs, including envelopes C6 / 5, C5, # 10, 6’x9 ’.
